The Gusman Center is an official Ticketmaster outlet. Tickets for many Gusman events may be purchased online at the Ticketmaster Web site.

Purchase In Person
The Gusman box office is located at 174 E. Flagler Street, downtown Miami, on the sidewalk in front of the theater. Regular box office hours are Monday-Friday, noon-2:30 p.m. and 3:00-5:30 p.m. For evening and weekend performances, the box office opens 90 minutes before show time.

The box office sells tickets for all Gusman events (Visa, MasterCard and cash accepted) as well as all Ticketmaster events, regardless of location (cash only).

Will Call
Tickets held at Will Call may be picked up at the box office beginning 90 minutes before show time. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and the Ticketmaster account confirmation number in order to receive tickets.

*All online and phone orders carry handling and transaction fees. There are no additional fees for tickets purchased at the box office. All sales are final. All patrons aged 2 years or older must have a ticket to enter. Children less than 24 months old are free when seated on a lap.
